A continence nurse provides continence assessments, training, support and care plans for people who have a disability, spinal cord injury or are living with complex needs.

Yes! We’re based in Newcastle and regularly travel to see clients throughout Newcastle, the Hunter region and Central Coast areas.

Yes. If your NDIS Support Coordinator has recommended that you get a continence assessment, the costs will becovered as part of your NDIS Plan. Too arrange your assessment, submit a referral form. We’ll send you a Service Agreement via email. All you need to do it book an appointment for your initial.

Yes, if you live in Newcastle, the Hunter or Central Coast region we’ll see you in the privacy of your own home.  If you live outside these areas, we may still be able to see you at home, depending on your needs. Please submit a referral form and let us know where you live so we can let you know how we can help.
