Yes. If your NDIS Support Coordinator has recommended that you get a continence assessment, the costs will be covered as part of your NDIS Plan if you are plan managed or self-managed. To arrange your assessment, submit a referral form. We’ll send you a Service Agreement via email. All you need to do is book an appointment for your initial assessment at a time that suits you.
Yes, if you live in Newcastle, the Hunter or Central Coast region we’ll see you in the privacy of your own home. If you live outside these areas, we may still be able to see you at home, depending on your needs. Please submit a referral form and let us know where you live so we can let you know how we can help.
